All delegates are advised to arrive at the conference venue (Ekamai International School) by 8:00 am. Please take a look at the conference schedule: 

8:00 - 9:00 AM Opening Ceremonies & Picture Taking (Milne Auditorium)

9:00 – 10:15 PM In committees (Opening Speeches, lobbying/merging, resolutions)

10:15 – 10:30 PM Break

10:30 – 11:30 PM In committees (lobbying/merging, resolutions continues, Debate in Session)

11:30 – 12:15 PM Lunch (Cafeteria)

12:15 – 2:15 PM Debate In Session (resolutions)

2:15 - 2:30 PM Break

2:30 - 4:00 PM Debate In Session (resolutions)

4:00 – 4:30 PM Closing Ceremonies (Milne Auditorium)

It is expected that every delegate will have:

• Opening speech presenting your country’s positions on the topics (1 minute max.)
• Draft resolution on both topics (at least 3 or 4 Preambulatory clauses & 4 or 5 Operative clauses)
• Business formal dress code (jacket & tie for boys, dress or slacks for girls)
• All delegates are expected to speak atleast once throughout the conference
• 350 B / student (advisors no charge) (includes lunch, snacks, certificate, group photo for school, etc.)
